has anyone found an alternative post cat O2 sensor (besides the universals)
feel free to let me know that by not wanting to splice a universal on there i'm being too damn picky...
i ordered the 16109 from amazon (the one that you just have to trim the nub off of) looking for a similar setup for the post cat sensor.
there's been some discussion about a universal or other spliced in variants creating resistance from the splice and decreasing fuel efficiency.

NGK sells an OEM equivalent, no splicing rqd for $130
I've not tried it, but I use their plugs and OEM equvalent spark plug wires (my A6 2.8 has conventional spark plug wires, no coil pacs)...

that last statement sounds very bogus. Most likely made up and the rumor started flying around...
with no empirical data to back it up. O2 sensors have almost 0 current output (uA). Even with hundreds of ohms of a bad connection, the resulting voltage drop and slew rate effect is small. 2nd, the 1st O2 should be determining fuel trims.
However, if you'd rather not splice then that's your prerogative, and there's nothing wrong with that
