Koni FSD/Eibach/CPT's installed...
It's obvious from the vast improvement in ride and handling that my stock equipment was shot, even the wife noted the significant changes. Thanks to everyone who's given their input and put up with my incessant questioning over the past few months.
I would have been better off without the Eibachs and then I wouldn't have needed the CPTs.
Very disappointed in the "drop" results. The car still looks stock although it handles beautifully thanks to the FSDs.

I'll keep you posted as to where it ends up over the next few days.
They even installed a front spring from a different kit just to rule out the chance I got the wrong ones. Still nothing.
Needless to say but the shop and I are quite frustrated. They are talking with Eibach to figure this out. I've been given the option of taking this kit out and swap in Koni coilovers.
All in all, I'm not happy with this kit what so ever. The rear end is sitting very low. Lower than most others I've seen with the Eibach/FSD combo. This of course is all due to my car having reverse rake.
I will be sure to keep you updated if you like. my email is vw_driverfound@hotmail.com
I had mine in for 3 weeks now and over 700 kms so far. Everyone at the shop said that it won't settle any more. I'm almost 1 inch lower in the rear...go figure.
Good luck with yours.

This accounted for roughly half of the problem.
The other half: cheap replacement upper strut mounts... ECS has been selling these, manufactured who knows where. They're too big and too hard... they don't compress OR settle properly into the upper mount...
Either/both of these things can ruin your drop...
