Bought an 87 GT in 1990 for the wife when I was working for Goodyear. Put 255's on the back and
235's on the front, and did some suspension work. It was an excellent car. I remember a guy telling me that by the year 2000, the car would be worth at least 60k. I had to chuckle. Kassie and I saw a GT on the road the other day and were saying that if we'd kept it, it'd be worth at least a quarter million by now! ;-)
Truthfully a very under rated car tho. Well balanced, good power, very fun to drive. And.... impossible to dent.
