Where is the best place to get power to make a power outlet

Where is the best place to get power to make a power outlet
in the place where the phone outlet is on the center consolein a rdstr. Switches only have 5 volts so run line to lighter? Whats in the way? Looking to make phone mount in one of the cup holders as too much stuff ( nav,radar),in front.
