Do I Have to live with a cell light on??? HELP!!
Sorry if its long- SAI light on- insuff flow-rebuilt pump- checked vac lines etc. NG-Hear about getting vac lines SMOKED?- asked around but no1 seems to know. Pump runs when vaged for reddiness etc so don't think its that. Won't inspect for DMV with cell light on & if I clear it will fail cause emmissions log is cleared. Any way to do away & NOT get cell? Seen a vortex about it but too scared to rip all the stuff out & still have problem. Thinking if you leave it all intact and put the resistor in series it might work?

Call AT&T for cell lights! As for a CEL, ignoring the problem won't make it go away.
You can check vac lines (trim especially) with some starting fluid while engine is running. If RPM increase when you spray hose (LIGHTLY!), your plastic trim lines need replacements.

you said you looked at it. You can't tell anything from looking at a braid covered line. These crack under the braid. Just replace with silicone from the Manifold to the Combi..
