sew on patch for a shirt or hat?

I wonder if those kiosks at most malls that custom stitches shirts and caps can copy the Audi logo

Is there any copyright infringement if they do that?

Any particular one? I ordered a couple from Audi Deutschland some years back (more).

I have one for Auto Union and one other, too, though I can't remember exactly what it is at the moment. Chances are these will never get used; it's only been about eight years now . . .
