Tint time...
Time to tint the new TT...
My A4 had limo in the rear (and backseat windows) + 20% up front
Im ASSUMING i should keep it all the same with the TT (yes? no?) but limo i think is TOO dark for the front
I was thinking 20% all around?
Also...front windshield strip or not? I dont like em, the gf says get it (she has on her car, but her windshield is MUCH larger than mine)
If anyone has pics of their tint that would help!

In FL too, I did dark as legal
28% on the sides, 16% on the back window. It's plenty dark for me. You can still see in the side but just barely. Just say NO to the window strip. Very trashy looking IMO and you really won't need it.

Keep it consistent...
Same all around. I prefer 35%. 20% is a bit too dark for me on the TT. Had a Mustang that was limo all around (not the windshield) and I liked that. Windshield strips are kinda tacky imo. I'd stay away from those. And if you really want it...you can get that done later. It's your car...go with what you want, not your gf.

38 sides, 25 hatch, 0 windshield.
Ceramic tint: one layer on sides & 2 on hatch (so around 25 there if I calculated correctly).
I have a black interior though, so the it was pretty dark to begin with. I live in Texas and this combo works great for me.
Whatever you go with I would suggest getting the darkest possible for the hatch because it gets direct sunlight most of the day due to it's angle of rake.
