Default All TT gurus, please help.

will a DV loose boost with a pressure gauge pumping through the vacume end? I put one on my 45 day old APR R1, and it went from 15# to 10# in 7 seconds. the higher the pressure, the faster the leak down. Is this normal?

Default I don't think you're supposed to tap the DV line for a boost gauge

That isn't a constant source of vacuum since it runs through the N249 valve. Most people tap the FPR line.

Default Shouldn't drop pressure like that......>>

When tested with a pump, though the last R1 I checked did that too. You really want it to hold pressure with little or no bleed-down. We took it out because it was honking. It isn't turning out to be a very good DV based on many reports..

All honked or leaked APR made it good in the end after much todo.
Get a piston type!
