wow. seems that the crossdrill (outer hole) is too close to the outer lip...

Yeah...That's a pretty typical drilled rotor failure...:-(

I admit I don't really know; I only know any failure occurs at the weakest point >

I don't know why or how this was caused though - maybe too-rapid heat-up during agressive bedding I did earlier this year, maybe sometime just in the last month from me playing around. Anyway, sucks.
