For those with factory roof racks and Thule bike carriers. Is this what I need to mate the two?

Default For those with factory roof racks and Thule bike carriers. Is this what I need to mate the two?
I'm not quite sure if I need some sort of adapter to mate up the bike carriers to the factory roof racks.

Default Yes.
You need some T-bolts that slide in the roof rails and this kit has those.

I should take some pics of my setup and put them in the FAQ. I've used three or four different Thule fork mount carriers and have been able to make them all work.

Default I guess it depends on which Thule model, mine didn't need adapters>>>

Default Which model do you have? I'm looking at the Pelotan.
I contacted a rack company and they advised the Xadapt 9 should work, but even better if I don't need an adapter!

Default Thanks, that 532 kit is a crock. Adds bars on top of bars...
Although the "bar spread" thing has me curious if the Pelotan will work.
