tubo induction hose conundrum
I have an 01 225 roadster. I ordered an induction hose from ttstuff, but when I pulled the stock hose and matched them up together they are not even close. I called the local audi dealership to cross reference my oem hose to see if my car is an oddity, but they can't cross reference the part number with anything in their system.
Has anyone else come across something like this before. This is the second hose that I have ordered that i have had been difficulties with. HELP!!

Is there an aftermarket part for this that doesn't run over 300 bones? The stealership wants 380, and forge hoses are only 180. The only thing with forge is I would have to do some extensive re-routing of other hoses, or have them custom make one.

I don't think anyone has actually found an aftermarket hose to fit the non-ESP cars
There are probably a couple running around with some of the vacuum lines re-routed to work on a standard MY2001/AMU engine intake hose.

You can easily just make an extension for the N75 and the combi valve>
Just goto Pepboys for hoses and home depot for fittings. Job done!

Same here-- Welcome to the club!!
I've tried at least three different types-- APR, Samco, and Forge, Nothing fits right out of the box (or bag, I guess). It can be done with replumbing/rewiring, but nothing is a drop-in fit.
I have the Samco with 5 ports which is close. Thought is to put N75 on rear small port, plug other small port, and replumb PCV. Haven't gotten around to it. Maybe someday...
