Tire questions for new owner.. 225/45/17

Tire questions for new owner..

OK so i really have to get some new rubber on the car and was fishing for any suggestions on what to get. I live in Vegas so we never get snow and it rains 4 days a year. If the temp drop to 60 degrees we have people calling for a snow day but in the summer 110+ degrees are not uncommon. So I'm guessing and i say guessing dont really have to worry too much about an "all season" tire. Sorry for the remedial question but my jeep and truck run 35" mudders so needless to say this is not an area i have any experience of.. As always thanks for the advice in advance and if anyone can throw in suggestions of getting them on line and then having them mounted and balanced locally or going to a tire place and getting it all in one hit. I'm all ears..

i was hoping to get all 4 for under a thousand bucks but if there is a better deal just over that im not set in stone..

That's a pretty good budget. I think a lot of people have been happy with...

Goodyear Eagle F1s and the Michelin Pilot Sport PS2s.

Well its the only part that touches the road and after riding superbikes for 10 years you understand all the mods in the world dont count for crap when you loose traction, Breaking or accelerating.
