Default Driving Question....
have you ever or would you ever, put a wheel over the double yellow line to take the correct line through a curve, knowing and seeing that it was a safe thing to do?

Default No. You don't want to get in the habit of picking and choosing what's "safe"for the sake of "fun".
Especially when it comes to crossing over into oncoming traffic.
