Hurricane related gas shortage
Here in Alabama we are heavily impacted by the gasoline shortage created by Ike. Between panic buying over the weekend, and disruptions to supply due to the storm, most stations are out of gas as of noon Monday. Going to be an intresting week. Wondering what supplys are like in other parts of the country?

By overreacting to the News. These are the same people who buy up all the bread and milk when rain storms are predicted.
My Wife had to drive to Phila. yesterday and <ironically> bought fuel in N. Va. for $3.39/gal.

somehow CT (reported by my friend) is out of gas last night... HOw the hell is that possible? also
add insult to injury, they jack up the price like crazy even when the news clearly state the damage wasn't as bad compare to other major storms.
