Noob TT owner question?
Usually hang out on the A4 B5/ B6 /12v forums.
This is our third Audi (2 A4Qs) but only our first TT.So i am familiar with the cars.
Red 2001 Quattro. 78K timing belt being replaced today (negotiated it as part of the deal).
Couldn't find a 225 in Red locally so this is a 180.
The FAQ is great and has already helped me a lot.
Can't find the answer to this one. What can VAG.com test in the TT cluster? Since its a common point of failure I wanted to check the cluster to see if everything actually works. I don't have an owners manual(plan on buying one and a Bentley) but would like to check all the warning bulbs and gauges etc.
Car is stock not planning on doing anything other than chipping it in about 5k miles maybe add the second tailpipe and new valance.

Had a VAG.com for 7-8 years.
Used it on my A4 a few times but that car has been very reliable.
With all the reports about failing clusters and Audi's totally inadequate response I want to check this car out before I change anything.
