How much MT juice is needed to change the front fluid on a 6spd? TIA
Also, recommend not filling the plunger (by taking it apart) for two reasons:
1. it's messy and;
2. you don't need to.
Just stick the plunger's silicone hose inside the oil container and draw it out by pulling the plunger handle.
Want an easier way?
Get some silicone tubing and run it to the fill hole via the front of the engine bay. Also, make sure you push the tube in the hole far as it will go (you'll see, it goes in, then it will slide just a tiny bit more). If you don't get the hose in there far enough, oil spills out prematurely.
If you go from the top, you can just hook up the bottle to funnel and pour it in (slowly). Royal Purple bottles, BTW, have a nipple on them which the silicone hose perfectly. So, just attach and squeeze.
