Brake Pedal still soft after new rotors, pads, SS, flush, 2 bleedings(to get the air out). WHY??? :(
I installed a whole new brake system on my part, upgraded about as many components as i could. And the braking is just not what i have expected...
I have:
FRONT / REAR
DBA Slotted Rotors Series 4000 front/ Plain Zimmermann Rotor rear
Hawk CERAMIC Front Pads / PBR(Axxis) Ceramic Ultra Rear
StopTech SS Brake Lines all around
Pentosin Super Dot4
Why would the pedal still be so soft? I was on the highway this morning, a guy cut me off, i slammed the brakes and the pedal just SINKED without even blocking the wheels! I mean with the stock set up, i could never even get to push the pedal all the way down, thats just how much bite it had!
Any input / advice appreciated!

If it feels like you are having to press real hard, I still believe that the pads are the problem.
You have
" Hawk CERAMIC Front Pads / PBR(Axxis) Ceramic Ultra Rear"
I tried them and took them off for the same reason.

Do you still have the old brake pads? Try them out assuming they are not completely worn yet
to see if you get your stock feel back. I'm with J. that it's your pads. I too had HP+ which work great but not for AutoX, hence I went with the best cold bite pad there is - Carbotech AX8

air in the ABS system depending on how you did the job. You can purge that with a VAG-COM, or (ghetto trick), go out in a grassy field and lock the wheels so you get a lot of ABS action. Go home and re-bleed..
A power bleeder is also pretty effective. YOur bleed technique may be questionable as well..
