Weird tire pressure loss.
Last Saturday I was driving down the road and drove over what looked to be a truck bed cover. I didnt have time to miss it because the stupid truck in front of me drove right over it even though he had PLENTY of time to see it and go around it. Im talking easily 80 to 90 yard to the car in front of him. I drove for about 20 more minutes and then went into Costco for about 30 minutes. When I returned to my car the driver rear was down to 10 psi, good thing I have a air compressor in my car. I aired it back up,no hissing. So I drove it another 20 minutes and let it set for about 6 to 7 hour got back and it was down to 26 psi. My thought on that is when I aired it up the first time it was still a little hot so the pressure would have been a little high. I aired it back up and it has stayed the same ever since.
What could have cause this rapid pressure loss?

Thats kinda what I was thinking. That worries me though.
I just got these tires about 500 miles ago. They dont have the strongest side walls and you can feel it on curves because it feels like my car is swaying on the tires. I know that sounds stupid but thats what feels like. Should I take my tires back and get them remounted?

I'd keep a close eye on the pressure.
If you notice any vibration or continued loss of air then take it in. There is normally no sealant on the bead just rubber on metal so if it reseated it should be good. If the rim is bent it would usually keep leaking or vibrate like it was out of balance
