Actually there was 1 silver TT - my student - in an '08 3.2. Gotta tell you ...

that car has some serious torque that even chipped 1.8s can't match. This car was bone stock driven by a novice on OEM tires, and by the end of the event he was doing faster laps than every other TT I got a time on, including myself. And w/o a lot of drama. I suspect he had 10 mph on the rest of us at the end of every straight due to faster exits due to that torque.

It was great meeting John and the others and ogling all the cool Audis and other cars. I'm proud to say that there are a few S4 and even RS drivers out there today that have newfound respect for our little TTs! The weather was beautiful and the Cherokee Club put on a really good event.
