Default I took Steve's advise and my problem is fixed.....sort of

You may remember a couple weeks ago I was throwing these codes all at once....

1557: Charge pressure control
1297: Connection to turbo, pressure hose
0140: 02 #2, No activity
0102: Mass air low input
0130: 02 #1 Malfunction

Well, I replaced my MAF and they have all gone away. Unfortunatly my car still isnt performing well when rolling on the throttle in 5th and 6th...

It's starting to look more and more like a slipping clutch.....
The problem (loss of power, rpm's rising then fallings) only happens in high gears when I roll into boost from lower RPM's. If I wind out each gear everything is just fine. It maybe time for an upgrade.

What is the average life on a stock clutch? My car has been chipped since 18k miles and I am now at 78K

Default clutch life is dependent on lots of things>>>

but 80-160k i have seen so far..

That said, if when you are in 5th or 6th and you step on the gas at say 2800rpms, and the tach goes up (engine RPM increase) but speed does not go up, there is a chance it is the clutch or flywheel.

If the car is stumbling or hesitating, it could be spark plug gaps, coil packs or a bad fuel pump....

Default Well it isnt plugs......

I just changed them, Coilpacks have been changed about 40k ago...dunno about fuel pump. What else would point to that?

There isnt a violent rise in rpm's like I have seen on other clutch issues, which is why i am boggled.

Default well, that does not mean it is not plugs either>>>..

if you gapped them correctly, then that should be eliminated...

If there is a rise of the tach at all, then you can almost guarantee it is not plugs, packs or fuel pump...as i stated, that would be attributed to a stumble...

A slow rise may indicate minor clutch slipping....

Default misfires would tell you plugs or coilpacks need attention>>>

no way to test the fuel pump other than off the FPR and check pressure, but that can get messy.

Can you clarify your symptom??? It would help more with the diagnosis

Default Hate to reinforce bad news but---

If rpms rise but speed does not rise equally in 6th gear. There is nothing else but clutch slippage that can cause that. Your new maf corrected some problems and increased your torque. Your clutch just can't handle the newly re-found torque.

Default I'll try as best I can.......

1-3 gears no problem

4-6: rolling on throttle, say 3000rpm + when I hit full boost(22psi) the rpms will shoot up a few hundred rpms and then settle down. Power wise the car does not pull as strong as it should.

I have a boost gauge and it shows I am hitting full boost and pulling full vacuum. So I don't think I have a leak anywhere.

2 weeks ago I scanned the car and I was showing codes for:

both 02 sensors
N75
N249
MAF

I replaced the MAF several days ago and then scanned the car again today. No codes.

However the lack of "push me back in my seat" power persists in gear 4-6 while rolling on throttle.

I just looked thru my reciepts and I can't find any reciept from the past owners for coilpacks but I noticed when doing the plugs they are the "E" type bolt downs
