SAFE code for a Audi Concert CD player

I have the code but i am swapping out a tape unit and to get to the spot to enter the code is different.. What 2 buttons do i have to hold down to get to that point on the Concert CD player..

SCAN and RDS buttons.

Same problem:

I have a 2004 Audi TT. I have tried the RDS and Scan several times but the 1000 never comes up. What gives?

You must wait one hour, with the radio off, before trying again.
