Oh man it has been two months without her and it is like falling in love all over again! Passenger side K-04 replaced, APRs cat-back added 
, and the Dunlop WinterSport M3s mounted.
The tuning of the stage II chip combined with the exhaust makes for a very noticeable difference in performance. Def a lot more oomph in the mid to upper RPM range. The tone is very much what I hoped for...not too much louder then stock but aggressive enough to satisfy the testosterone running through me.
The WinterSport M3s are fantastic on ice. I found an alley loaded with ice and did some hard stops and medium accels. I stopped in about the normal distance (little longer with ABS pumping and obviously less traction w/ ice) and accelerating was a lot less jerky on the ice then I expected. Dry traction is above average for a winter tire...Im getting a little less traction then I hoped for around the bends but off-the-line is about as good as the P6000s.
Another hats off to the gang over at MotoPersona for doing a PHENOMINAL job with my car. I know they were just as frustrated as I was about the bad K-04. They run an excellent business and I plan on returning in the future!
