I think I lost my H2O pump @ lunch...no mas liqiud.
Waiting for AoA roadside assistance w/flatbed
tow truck. Luckily my "Assured Warranty" doesn't expire until 5/04, taking back to McGrath Glenview. Will they try and sell me timing belt? I was going to do that end of summer.
Anybody had trouble w/their dealer over this?

you may get lucky or you may not
Although a tad early, you may want to consider doing the TB. I had one dealership tell me that they'll cut me a price break on the TB install while replacing the h20 pump under AA warranty b/c the is some work overlap. I went to another dealership closer to my work and asked for the same deal. The service manager ***** said "no dice". I bought the ultimate TB kit from ECS and did it myself for @$250

if your pump bearing failed the timing belt has to be replaced
it gets damaged due to friction with the water pump pulley
make sure they replaced
the tensione, roller and serpentine belt you can buy them and give it to them to replace them while they are in there
