Ripped off my lower door trim to install trim guard
Only got through the drivers side door set of metal thingys. I figure I'll do a door or two today and tonight and the the last couple whenever I git a chance. So far so good, except since my car is a '98 and no one has touched the trim or cleaned under it there are some rust spots. Oh well the black trim is going over it anyway. Unless there are some suggestions to whether or not I dremel off the rust and put some clearcoat/touch up on the spots. I figure I'll just leave the rust and check in a while and see if it is worse, if it isn't I'll leave it (it will be under the trimguard anyway).
This is really one of those projects that you think will only take a minute but then takes a while longer than expected. Oh well, it looks better already so I'm happy so far.
