question about the Grattan event... (apr 23-25)
It says the dates are April 23-25. Is the 23rd only the advanced driver day, or does that include the Drivers School?
This will be my first "track" day (unless I manage to sneak one in before then) so I'll probably just be doing the drivers school as I'm sure I don't qualify for "advanced driver" status... I'm just tryin to figure out if I need to get a day off of work to do the drivers school.

You will need to be there Friday evening for...
..tech check, registration, and driver's meeting. I would imagine that there will be some 'social' opportunities as well. I do recommend that you don't get too 'social' as you will need a good night's sleep for Saturday.

I can make it there Friday night easily...
and I promised myself last summer that there would be no more racing on less than 3 hours of sleep... so I won't get too social Friday.
I made that mistake in at least 2 autoX'es last summer... whoops.
What time are the Friday meetings?
Oh - and is there a good place to get 100 around there?

but but but... the registration form calls it a "Drivers School"...
I don't really care either way to be honest... I just need to get on a real track. Instructor or no instructor, I'll make do :-)
