haha was at both games Sat and Sun
friend of mine managed to get a broom into Wrigley and we were waving it proudly..
brought it with us on the bar crawl afterwards
and was a quite popular prop... we even placed it on the left hand of the Harry Carey
statue... people will taking pictures of it
while we pushed away drunk white sox fans.. =)

Typical whiny sox fan.
address a specific aspect of the team if you have compalints. Just sayign that they are lowly makes you look like the typical bandwagon sox fan that would rather hate on the cubs then spend your time likeing "your own team". I am a huge Cubs fan and could care less about the Sox, heck I would love to see a crosstown series. If you want to talk about breakdowns lets look at the winning run being scored on a WALK!!!!!!!!

Seriously though, Sox are a great team, a true team of ball players IMO.
Its the little things that bug me though, like sellin out the name for Cellular whatever.
I also despise the neighborhood and getting to that ball park.
Give me a small old school ball park in afantastic neighborhood any time, and they will follow.

Bandwagon? Huh?!?!?!? I've been a Sox fan all my life....
and my comments were in direct response to Mr. IlovelickingRushLimbaugh'sBallCheeze's ghey dick waving post.
I'll be happy to discuss the teams intelligently..... with an intelligent person.
Honestly, it was a great series, and Kudos to the Cubs. They beat us fair and square. But in the grand scheme of things, the cubs are not important to me. Shure it's cool when we beat them (as we USUALLY do), but I'm more concerned with winning the division. I'm glad it's over so we can concentrate on winning where it matters.
Trust me, I spend LOTS more time rooting for my team and very little time worrying about the Cubs. Anything I say, including my sig, is in direct response... and I emphasise RESPONSE to all the Cubbie dick waving I have to endure every day. They start it, I finish it. Otherwise I just quietly go about my own business.
