2000 A6 4.2 rear bumper cut out

2000 A6 4.2 rear bumper cut out
Do anyone know of anyone in the city or suburbs of Chicago, that can cut my rear bumper out and weld on the chrome exhaust tips, so the rear tailpipes are exposed like the 2002+'s

MY NAME IS DANNY AND I LIVE IN HIGHLAND PARK,IL
AND I JUST GOT MY MAGNAFLOW TIPS THAT I AM PUTTING ON MY 2.7T. I WAS JUST GOING TO GO TO A BODY SHOP AND HAVE THEM DO THE WORK.
