Ok...official request to stop all references to Randy and the control arm replacement issue
It is a waste of bandwidth for this to continue. Just to let you know that this needs to be taken off the Audiworld forums (Chicago version, or any other forum). The moderators will be deleting references to this topic going forward. It has developed into a pissing contest..and no more posts will be allowed. If everything gets resolved and someone wants to post something to that effect..then the post will be allowed.

That it got out of hand. mark needs to not mention randy and his company, randy needs to stop posting at all so that this will blow over...every time he posts he looks worse. Everyone that is backing up mark need to just go onto other topics of discussion..
Wasted bandwidth was my way of saying that all those posts aren't worth the effort to type them. I was not seriously saying that we have bandwidth issues..and therefore these posts need to go for that reason. Come on.

I would think that threads like those are why AW has regional forums.
Person A asks about local shops;
Person B responds with recommendation for Shop X;
Person C rebuts Person B;
things go berzerk.
Can there be any argument that these exchanges don't assist the regional community? So what if it briefly got out of hand? I'd rather one or two threads on the Chicago AW forum get out of hand than have an important repair to my car get out of hand. Bottom line is irrational behavior on these boards helps my decisions about where and where not to bring my car for service. After yesterday's debacle, I would never, ever trust my car with MarkBradford for repairs.
