Uh, yeah.
Let's face it. anyone can screw up and forget to tighten a bolt.
Of course, proper procedure would dictate the use of a torque wrench when tightening suspension fasteners, but when you're a "pro" you don't need such fancy tools.
But there's also the whole scope of the "group buy" that got everyone so cheesed-off. But - I really shouldn't go there.
