pns its a bunch of bitches!
I just read what was left of the control arm thread and I wanted to mention it's common for the audi/vw log to get ground off parts when the are resold by the original oem manufacture. I don't really know why they do this but I receive parts from the big online parts resellers with stuff ground off all the time.
I've done business with Randy for several years and never had a problem with any of the parts or service I received. Randy followed through with his promises and even showed up several times after hours to get me the parts I needed. I know some mistakes were made in the past but these threads of blathering nonsense don't even begin to address those issues.
I see people complaining about vendors all the time but never has it reached this level of ****e slinging in the past. understand he has a business to run and doesn't have time to talk smack online all day. if you dont like him find somewhre else to go. If you have an issue with how he runs his business I'm sure he would be willing to talk to you OFFLINE.
so now that this issue is dead, use all this energy to harass ricers or come up with new, worthwhile mods!

It was someones responses that blew it out of proportion...
...I'm an outsider to the entire exchange and it was very apparent to me how things got out of control.
Someone needed to take a time out and gather their thoughts for a propper response, unfortunately, that never happened.
Someone should have quit while they were ahead and nothing would hav came of it, but they did'nt.
