Can anyone recommend a good performance driving school?

I'm in Aurora. I would like to stay in driving distance...
I am willing to travel if the school is worth it.
I am assuming that driving my own car would allow me to better understand it's limits. But that would mean beating the hell out of my car instead of someone elses.
