If it's not for sale, is the article a fraud? Why involce IV Bankers? Why not transfer to the
other owners?
I don't get it. Retirement doesn't mean you have to sell and I was at least under the understanding that Pete and Wilma were not the only owners. Am I right?

Pete and Wilma are the owners and will be divesting themselves of the financial responsibility of The Tire Rack ......
No truth to selling any part of the company to a stratigic/industry buyer. Our new partner will be a finacial in nature and not involved in operations.
