Default Thanks to the guys at GRD for the extra effort last night!!!

I had them order me pads for my bbk. A SNAFU on the first attempt resulted in a set for the wrong kit (4 pot, not my 6 pot calipers). They had a 2nd set rushed out and stayed open over 90 minutes longer last night so that i could pick them up. They were going to mail them, but I wanted piece of mind that they were right. Grattan is coming!!

Then they spent another 15 minutes giving us a tour of the shop. My first time to GRD.

Very nice looking establishment.

Default They may not open early, but they do stay late......

I was getting way behind on so many projects for my TT I dropped it off while I went on a cruise.

They were to install ECS 1R rear brakes and install new rotors to my front Stoptech hats.

When I returned I found that they had already replaced bad rear wheel bearings, and had found the hats on my Stoptechs to be cracked. They called Stoptech, got a good deal on new hats, and ordered them.

Also, I had installed a new Dahlback manifold sometime back and was not hitting the boost levels I expected. While my car was at GRD for a timing belt install, they found a clamp on a hose that was eccentric, and not fully round, allowing boost to escape. I picked up the TT after the timing belt install and immediately noticed I was hitting 24psi, and 22"hg again. Wow!

Now this is what I call a first class company. As with any shop, some bolt may not get tightened, or clamp tightened, but they do stand behind their work.
