This is XM unit part # for Audi with RNS-E to be exact ;)
Sirius for RNS-E and/or with tire pressure monitoring system:

I installed RNS-E NAV+ in by 2004 A4 but the only not working feature is XM. Well I got the sound from one station but I can't controll it.
I didn't knew that Audi introduced new SAT radio receivers for 2005+ models to work with RNS-E navigations. That's why I want to buy it
