Well . . . my 19" Volk TE37s are now LE37s.

After $950 (ouch) and 2 weeks in the shop, I finally got my refinished Bronze Volk TE37s back from the repair shop. They are no longer bronze (which saddens me a bit, but I was unable to find a shop in the US that would touch the anodized bronze finish).

I had the wheels repaired, sandblasted, powdercoated gloss black, had the lip cut, high-speed polished, and clearcoated. SO I guess I now have black LE37s. They really did turn out nice - I hope to slap them on at lunchtime. Pictures to follow.

I leared my lesson (to the total tune of $1250). Now that I'm looking to move into the city, and looking to buy a beater car - the Z will (hopefully) not be in immediate harm's way anymore.
