The service department at Continental Audi is without peer.

Consistently, and without fail, I get:

an appointment when I want it;
a loaner when I need it;
fast service when waiting;
detailed explanations when I'm confused;
courteous people throughout;
reasonable decisions for questionable requests;
pinpoint diagnosis and a wrench on the correct nut;
everything buttoned back up the way it came in; and, occasionally,
those luxurious paper floormats.

I always get a free...

audio adjustment when I go in for service. Tim's courteous staff always adjusts my Bose factory stereo to the optimal settings for listening to Mariachi music, which is nice. I didn't realize Latin radio could enhance the ride home from Continental, but I am a better commuter when I get in touch with my Latin side. I was thinking that next time I come in, you guys could install a horn that plays La Cucaracha. I suspect this will make me a big hit with the ladies. Yeah.
