Now that you've been to ABCC...
I think a lot of it depends on what you are looking for. I thought about signing-up, but when I looked at what I like the most about track weekends, I decided against it.
Personally, hanging with my friends and going to several different track is what does it for me.
That's not to say they don't offer a first-class facility at ABCC (they most certainly do). My time is linmited and I doubt I'd ever be able to make use of what they have to offer to the extent that I would find it an appropriate value. For me, it's not so much the money, but the time. At least that was my perspective when it was $5k. At $20k, there are a ton of other things I'd go for first. YMMV. But if money is not an issue, and if you have the time, it's absolutely worth it.
Going around a track at speed is fun, but it's more fun when you get to run in groups with your friends. I have a blast running with the instructor groups at the ACNA events. I wouldn't want to change a thing.
