Default Attn: Tim, I am very concerned...A recent discovery at Continental Audi...

I brought my car to Continental Audi for service in the morning of Tuesday, June 7. As usual, I was warmly greeted by Robyn. Robyn logged my service request as we made small talk regarding recent happenings. While talking with Robyn, I noticed, from the corner of my eye, a liquid mess opening the driver side door of my vehicle. I will spare you the horrible details; however, I am completely disgusted at what I saw next...

I am not so much worried about the working conditions of the techs, rather my car. The thought of a service tech (Russ) sitting his sweaty *** in my leather seats has brought sleepless nights to my entire family! Needless to say I am very concerned!

MY REQUEST AND SUGGESTION IS CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE SERVICE GARAGE.

Please keep me updated regarding the progress of the AC installation.

Default Dear Mr ReTodd

I am sorry my technician bared his *** to you and your automobile. Usually he reserves that behavior for me when he is swinging from a tree and throwing dung at the glass.

I also realize that your suggestion to keep Russ cool is motivated by the fact that if he continues to sweat off the pounds he could potentially beat you even more at future track events.

As usual with all the "helpful" suggestions I receive on the RussWorld forums I will immediately design a spreadsheet with graphs to calculate the cost benefit ratio and form a committee to study the outcome. That should all be ready in November.

Your humble service manager
Tim

After all the ways I've violated the interior of my car, this wouldn't concern me.

Default To who it may concern..........

I was looking foward to meeting the man behind the great service dept at Continental Audi when I dropped my car off on Tuesday night. I was upset to see that your 3 hard working service advisor stay till at least 6 PM along with the even Harder working technician Russ and his gang of monkeys but to my surprise Mr Service Manager was nowhere to be found. Does said Service manager have Bankers hours? Does said "Service Manager" feel he is better then his fellow employees and doesnt need to set an example and stay as late as he requires his employees to? Just a thought to ponder when comtemplating whether you should get central air in the service dept.....I know its very cool and comfortable in your air conditioned office and makes it so much easier to perform your job at optimum efficiency. Think of how much harder your employees will work and how much more appreciative they will be when they see your smiling face there until 6PM at night in the air conditioned shop..... :-)
