Got back to my car after an afternoon / evening @ Taste of Randolph street - only to find tint ticket #10 and no front plate ticket #9 of the year on my car. Boooooo.

That sucks.....no wait that is beyond sucks.......don't understand why the cops have to be that way.
Tint, no plate.......all BS tickets...I guess the one moving violation a day and one parker a day still holds........although no one will tell you they have a quota!!! I have also heard that the state is thinking about doing away with the front plate........costs them too much money to produce....just a rumor right now!!!
