happening to Chicago? Tons of shots of Chicago in the movie.

Default My brother sneeked onto the set when they closed down lasalle st...

to shoot one of the chase scenes...

the movie ruled, and was one of the best summer blockbusters I've seen in a long time...

Default the crew let me thru Lower Wacker as they we're closin.

I was the LAST car before they fully closed one night. There were all these people around taking down the iron and stuff. It was cool. I took MAD advantage of the open space because I knew it was open all the way to the end by 290/Harrison. Looks like more of the movie may have been filmed here as well. The scene where they are burying Bruce's parents, there is a car with Gotham plates in the style of the new Illinois plates. But that doesn't really mean anything as well.

The movie ruled as well. Was more drama than action/sci-fi/fantasy

Default Yeah, they filmed a ton in Chicago. All the skyline shots are computerized downtown chicago shots.

All the car chases were filmed downtown on the streets, parking decks, and lower wacker. The other highway shot was on a highway in Waukegan. I think Wayne Manor was filmed in London, and the ice mountains were in Icland. It was funny in the one chase scene where he essentially went from downtown chicago to the suburbs in a matter of seconds. That would have taken an hour and a half in traffic. hehe.
