Anyone have a Voltmeter and want to help snip a few wires?

Result: Headlight projects without stinky yellow running lights, (hazzard and indicators still work, no adverse effects).

If you do, and feel like being bothered let me know. I dont want to buy one for another one time project, (as Ive done so many times before, heat guns for CCmod, Dremel tool for exhaust Valence, etc...)
