what kind of tires do you guys think i should pick up?
i'm looking to pick up some new tires for my mk2. i'll be running 16x7 front and 16x8 rear. i was looking at 205-40-16. i was kind of hoping for 215's in the rear, but not many tires are offered in that size. ah well, guess i'll stretch a bit.
the tires will mainly be used for driving. i don't even know if i'll be autocrossing with this set up. i really liked the falken rt615 especially since they're a little wider than most other tires and offer real stiff sidewalls.

i have to say, it's nice stepping down to 16's vs 18's i used to run on the A4. tires cost almost half as much!!

please refresh my memory since i haven't bought new tires from you guys in a few years...
do you get any sort of discount if you pick the tires up (other than saving on shipping)? what if you have the tires mounted on wheels there?
