Speeding ticket question - I got a speeding ticket in the mail that I know nothing about.
All the information on the ticket is wrong except for the drivers license number. I've never even driven through Harvey before and certainly not at 3 AM in a Mini. What should I do?

I had a very similiar problem
I got a ticket in the mail for my car being parked on the far south side of chicago with expired plates.
I have never been there and as the DMV records state, my car had been full registered every year.
I went to the DMV down town, and they have a little minii court room and the state has an attorney you speak with. I told him the situation and he deleted it. He said they are having problems with their new computer system.
I was glas to get it resolved, but it took 3hrs and 80 miles of driving for me to fix their screw-up.

I think this is true, but the system said this was my last and final warning
So I had to go in or be arrested or something.
Of course I never received any of the prior notices. That was the first thing the attorney asked me.
