OT: Anyone interested in a Klipsch Reference Home Theater setup?

Hey guys,

Im lookin to sell my Klipsch Reference Home Theater setup. I am taking a different approach to my home theater (on wall speakers) so I would like to sell this system. I wanted to get a local sale because the speakers are pretty big and I don't want to ship them. I have the RC7 center, 2 RF7 towers, and 2 RS7 surrounds. Retail is 3900, looking to get 3300. All speakers are black in finish and everything is in mint condition and works great. Anyone interested can come over and take a listen. Im located in south Naperville. get a white van and drive around with them. You'll find a buyer in NO time.

But this is used equipment, and you state that it's new $3900, and you want $3300? For that difference, I would buy new.

If you want to get out of it, I might suggest lowering your price.

I actually looked it up on the internet cause I'm in the market for something like that, but too steep in price, even at $2500 it's too steep for me for what I am looking for.

Just my $0.02, good luck! I bet it's an awesome system!

3300 paying no taxes isn't bad......

3900 plus sales tax at a store is going to run you a little over 4100 so 3300 with no tax saves you about 800 bucks. The speakers are less than a year old in a non-smoker home. I have all the boxes and manuals and everything is in mint condition. Guess I should have written 3300 obo. If I can't get near my price, I will stick with them. They are fantastic speakers, both home theater and music, but I wanted to try wall mounted speakers because of my new plasma.

I have a similar set of speakers (just the tall ones, they are seperately amplified Boston) that I want to use with my new plasma (haven't got it yet) and build them into a custom entertainment center.

My brother had Klipsch Heresy speakers when I was growing up....they were the thing!
