Actually the plate was a transfer from another vehicle. David seemed to think it fit, so I did the transfer. And there is nothing like working on your car in a carpeted garage. I've crawled around on enough cold dirty garage floors in the middle of winter to figure out a better idea! Plus, all my ladies get to relax in comfort...

That stuff is cool too...
easier to wipe up spills. You can't really see, but my tradeshow carpet (which I got for free) is split down the middle. So on a snowy or slushy day, i just roll up half the carpet and park on the bare floor. Next morning, I sweep the water out and unroll the carpet. Pretty easy, and well worth the little effort.
Plus David has somewhere relatively warm to go have a smoke when he's here. And if that isn't worth it, I don't know what is.
