Any suggestions for storage and secure garage rental in the city?

Any suggestions for storage and secure garage rental in the city?
Looking for enough space to store small furniture and some sets of wheels, and maybe a car. Alternatively, maybe a smallish storage space for the furniture and wheels and a separate shared open space for the car although I'd prefer if it were locked up. Doesn't have to be in the same place.
So far I've checked out a few storage joints which are adequate for the wheels and furniture but can't seem to find a place that'll lock up cars.
Damn condo building won't let me rent any more parking spots or storage space even though there's clearly more available. Ridiculous.
