It cost $3300 with full insurance for the day.......
I have ~10 confirmed and im hoping to have 20+. If we get 20 it will be ~$165 for the day. Im putting a deposit down tomm. to lock this date in as my original date was taken. I think we can get 20 no problem, id just like to get confirmations so i can give everyone that is interested a good idea of costs. If all goes well, i will try to organize a few of these a summer.

As much as I hate to say.....
That is one heck of a wide range. I'd be very happy to chip in a fixed $75/pp (for example) and would bring either +1 or +2. But what I'm scared of it showing up and then being asked for $250 (or more) because nobody showed up.
