Reason # 762 why Continental Audi rules:
A few phone calls later and Continental's #1 technician, our own beloved Russ, confirms my suspicions - coil pack failure.
Fast-forward to the Monday morning and I'm pulling up to Continental's service door 10 minutes before they open and Continental's #1 service advisor (the always kind, knowledgeable and beautiful Robin) opens the door for me before the dealership lights are on, has a clipboard ready and waiting and I felt as if the patient was being rushed into the E.R. (heck, I've waited longer in a E.R. with a head wound than the entire visit to Continental this morning). Al's long-lost cousin Kevin goes to work on it right away and by 8:07 I was driving off to ABCC.
Continental really went above and beyond to help out a customer and do me a special favor. Big thanks to Robin, Russ, Kevin, Tim and the great team at Continental!
P.S. The Continental water is the tastiest of all dealership waters in the region.
