CPD speed trap on Humboldt Park / Sacramento. One guy in the Park and about 6-7 catch cars running
people down near Humboldt Park and Armitage.
Doh. That is my favorite "back door" route to get North-South at ludicrous speed, bypassing traffic.
I guess I'm going to have to tone it down a bit through there.
