So is the V1 still the radar detector to get?

I think I need one again. And then figure out how to hardwire it. Anyone?

I've got one I'd be interested in getting rid of...

considering I don't have a car it's kinda useless to me...

hardwiring is a cinch, and I'd even help you with it...
